Lipstick Fashion Mascara

I’m sure you have heard about MAC’s latest collaboration with Archie Comics. Remember Betty and Veronica? Some of you may be too young to remember, I’m aging myself.

At any rate, this collab will celebrate the iconic looks of the girls. The collection landed in stores here in NYC yesterday (Thursday); and will be available at stores nationwide on February 7th. I went in with an idea of the few pieces I wanted and found that a couple of items were already sold out. I left with a total of three pieces. I really had my mind set on a specific blush and lipstick and didn’t get my mitts on it.

But times have changed and I cannot be bothered getting upset over sold out makeup. I will check one other location this weekend and if it is not available, I will consider it money saved.

‘Spoiled Rich’ includes my favorite color- purple. This was a no brainer. Curious if you you snag it? Peep the photos below.

This quad is priced at $44, I also used my MAC pro card. Not bad for four shades. I am partial to purple, so when I saw this I knew I had to have it. Is it the best thing ever? No. Are these colors unique to this quad and this collection? Absolutely not. Can I keep it real with you?  Sure I can.If you do not care about Archie and his gals, or collect MAC limited edition packaging (I do) you can skip this. Otherwise this is a fun collection that definitely sparks nostalgia! Stay tuned for more swatches.
